About personal data provided by the Client to Security Guardian, hereinafter PROVIDER in the registration request and the request for information, the following applies:

PROVIDER informs the Customer that the personal information you provide will be stored in a file managed by SUPPLIER. The Customer must comply and agree to never use our services for any action not legally allowed or authorized to do the requested action.
The Customer is not allowed to share access account information. The customer is responsible for data protection, he or she will protect data confidentiality and integrity according to the information sensitive level.
The Customer must provide real, accurate and current information.
The Cutomer is not allowed to show a different seal form provided by Security Guardian and stored in Security Guardian web page. The user can not modify or replicate the Security Guardian seal.The Customer must not use Security Guardian or our services for illegal actions as: to perform attacks, Denial of Services, to use our services against elements (eg: server, domains, web pages) that are not own or of his/her property, malicious actions or any action out of Security Guardian purposes.
If Customer can get access to information that is not his own information, the customer must communicate the event to Security Guardian contact information present in this page. The Customer must report incidents by email to [email protected].

Any service will be provided on the basis as it is available without any additional guarantee.

The user accepts that Security Guardian is not responsible for any consequence derived from the use of the provided service/s.

The user accepts that Security Guardian is able to perform all needed actions (eg: scans) in order to support the provided service/s as well for research purposes.

Customer accept the risk of the use of our services and Security Guardian will not be responsible or will not respond for any consequence from Security Guardian services use.

The user o Custome renunce to take or promote any legal action against to Security Guardian

All information about Security Guardian is protected under copyright law. Nobody is allowed to copy, modify, distribute, replicate or any purpose different to the Security Guardian purposes. Competitor or its employees can not use our services.

The user accept that Security Guardian is able to include and/or use the user' logo and/ user's brand and/or user's name for purposes defined by Security Guardian.

The Customer accepts the fact that the Security Guardian services renewal is automatic.

Guarantee: We give your menoy back. The requirements to get your money back are:

If our service does not detect any vulnerability and if our service does not increase your conversion rate (both conditions must be complied)
Use our Platinum service for 60 days
Display our seal in the place we advice
You have to monitor the conversion rate in the service use period time (in next 60 days next to the service activation)
